    Ivan's friendship with Chacho, recognized as a top ten creative of the decade, has further solidified his objective to revolutionize the real estate sector.     As a top-ranked creative, he has served as a jury member and president at prestigious events like TED and Cannes Lions. With over 500 awards, including 85 Cannes Lions and 20 Effies, Chacho has demonstrated his expertise in advertising. In addition to his role as CCO for Lola, he has ventured into various projects, such as writing a book, producing design books, and a feature film, and launching an award-winning beer, 23Rios. In 2020, Chacho co-founded Felicidad, a unique venture focusing on integrating infrastructure and branding for a low CO2 emission economy.

    As a long-time friend of Ivan Moreno, the two have collaborated on several award-winning advertising projects. Based in Bogotá, he was in charge of leasing commercial spaces to top retail, hospitality, and service brands in the company's projects across Cartagena, Manizales, Barranquilla, and Cali. His responsibilities spanned from negotiating rates and contract conditions to managing client portfolios and maintaining up-to-date contracts and permits.

    In 2018, Juan advanced as the Deputy Commercial Manager for Food & Beverage at Mallplaza. Over his nearly five-year tenure, he successfully expanded his client base and fostered the growth of existing ones by meticulously executing strategic commercial plans.

    Today, Juan brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to SAGAN as the Managing Partner of our Colombian division, extending our reach and vision to a new continent.

Nuno Carro

  • Nuno Carro, is a highly experienced legal professional and real estate expert hailing from Portugal. An esteemed lawyer, he has been affiliated with RSA, serving as their local Coordinator for the RSA PORTO since 2015 and providing his legal consultancy services in Mozambique since 2013. A registered member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1991, Nuno brings a wealth of legal expertise to his projects.

    He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Law from the Portuguese Catholic University in Oporto in 1990, laying the foundation for his impactful career. In the years 2003-2012, Nuno was an integral part of the Charmartin Real Estate Group, a period during which he also contributed to the Amorim Imobiliária group's expansion into countries like Poland, Romania, Spain, and Italy.
